We can get user work hours with this message: QueryScheduleRequest
like wise I want to display user workhours in CavasApp. Any help will be appreciated.

To query dynamics 365 user work hours, you will need to use the code. It seems that so far you cannot query dynamics 365 user work hours using existing functions in canvas app. You can only set work hours to define availability following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customer-service/set-work-hours-resource.
