Trying to move flows to a different environment within organisation

Hi

Having a bit of trouble, which I think is due to my lack of understanding regarding Power Automate.

Somebody in my organisation who has left now setup a few flows that have been shared with me. They look to be associated with a specific environment (I can see this from looking at the top right hand screen when on the Power Automate page).

However, I'd like to move these to a new environment.

1) I'm not sure the simplest way to move a flow to a new environment

2) When I click the environments bit on the top right hand screen, I can only see a handful of environments. Not sure how environments are added here?

Basically there is a SharePoint group associated with a SharePoint Site that I want to associate the flow with, but have limited knowledge of SharePoint how all this works.

@AbzAaron to copy a flow to a new environment, go to the main screen of the flow (that shows the successful runs, woners etc), click on export at the top of the screen. That will download the flow as a zip file. Login to your new environment, open Power Automate, click on My flows and click on Import at the top of the screen. That will import your flow but you'll then need to amend it so it points to the correct data sources in the new environment. I am about to do this for early 600 flows as our company has been bought and we will move to a different environment by next June.

    Hi @RobElliott

    Thank you for the response.

One problem - how do I login to a new environment? I'm not sure I fully grasp the idea of environments.

From what I gather, the person that originally set the flow(s) up did so for a specific Microsoft Teams 'team'. So when I view the Flow under the "Shared with me" section of the Flow page, I can see the name of the team under Environments on the top right hand side.

However, I've setup a new 'team' within Microsoft Teams, and I guess would like to use this as the new environment - yet not clear how to do this.

I guess I'm a bit confused regarding teams, groups, environments, security groups and how they all work together.
