@sachk1 the max duration of approval action is 30 days, it will timeout in 30 days, that is why you action is failing, you can configure the action or add another action which handles the timeout of approval action, you can configure the other action to run after Approval action times out.
yes I agree to 30days period. But the thing is action taken. but its not worked. when checking the flow it shows an error occurred here. that's the issue. thank you for your response.
