Create PDF file from SharePoint List

I created a powerapp to save Interview answers for each interviewed candidate. The answers are being saved in a Sharepoint list. I want to create a PDF file with all the answers for a specific candidate; in other words, a pdf for each row on the list when a new row is created and save the PDF to a folder in sharepoint.

    Hi @Power_User21 ,

I would create a word template and generate a pdf from it. As a trigger you can think about the SharePoint trigger „When an item is created“

Creating a word with the values in your SharePoint list can be done with the Word Online (Business) connector, this article describes it well

For the conversion you can simply use action convert from OneDrive (think about that you have to copy first the file to your OneDrive)

    Hi @Power_User21,

In addition to the post above, you might be interested in the Plumsail Documents external connector if you haven't resolved this issue yet or if you'd like to improve your workflow.

You can integrate Plumsail Documents with Microsoft Forms and collect form submissions without saving them to a SharePoint list, then fill in data in a pre-created template and save the finished document.

    Hope this helps!

Note: the solution is paid, with a one-month free trial.
