API Calls to Excel Business Connector limited and out of call volumen quota. How to increase?

Hi,

i have a flow running with the excel connector in a business context. The Flow needs to run pretty often and with a rather heavy load (multiple read and write operations per run, running twice per minute). I have the Problem that over the course of the day i get the following error:
Fehler bei Aktion "Skript_ausführen": Out of call volume quota. Quota will be replenished in 00:01:21.

The Quota always is back at 0:00 am.

Question would now be, how do i increase the number of api calls with my company here? I am no admin, but i can get in contact with them. We dont have official Flow support, thats why im asking.
In general i decreased the repetition speed, to get the flow stable but i would like to increase it again as speed is critical here.

Thanks for helping!

If you are referring to calling via the connector its 100 per 60 seconds and there is no way to increase it. I realize yours says in 1minute 21 seconds (which i don't recall seeing).

    Hi,
thanks for the response. I dont think this is the issue, but its rather some kind of daily limit as i am beeing limited until 2am in the morning always and not for a minute only.

The following limitations with the Power Automate platform are the ones you're most likely to encounter.
Each user is limited to 1,600 calls to the Run script action per day. This limit resets at 12:00 AM UTC.
There's a 120-second timeout for synchronous Power Automate operations. For long-running scripts, you must either optimize your script or split your Excel automation into multiple script calls.
The maximum size of parameters passed to the Run script action is 30,000,000 bytes (28.6MB).

You could trigger the flow with multiple users, but you should reconsider your approach.
Are you processing data in Excel, or are you just using this script for missing PA functions, such as regex (there are other ways to do this)?

    Hi,
thanks for the Response! The 1600 Call limit is not what i am reaching. Had this some time ago, but not this time. This error is directly shown by power automate if im not wrong and you also get warned. My error is happening on the other side, the Excel Online side. I could not find the limitations in the link you provided.

The multiple user approach is something im considering and working on, but it makes the whole approach much more complex and is therefore not really wanted.
I use excel operation to get information, do something with them and then write different information back. Probably I could save the information read from the excel in an array and use this information in the flow? I have no experience with this and also i dont know if this would reduce the amount of requests. I generate a task for every excel line and use information from the excel for the task generation (Task Name, Ressource Assignment etc).
