Dear all

I am new at this software, but I have already troubles.

We develop some WF on domain user, which specifically intended for RPA software. Because of virtual machine, which is slow, I would like further develop WF on my machine/PC. When I login as this RPA user on my PC, I am automatically redirected on my company Microsoft profile and I do not see already developed WF on this RPA user, who had license for this software.

So, my question is. Could I be logged on my PC as me/my domain user account and while I am logged, I want to be logged in desktop application as RPA user with, who had RPA license to develop WF in application.

Thanks, kind regards.

You can sign in to Power Automate Desktop with any user that has the appropriate license and you do not necessarily need to be signed in as the same user that's signed into Windows.

If you were automatically signed into PAD, simply click on your name at the top right corner of the console screen and Sign out:

Then sign in with the user account that has created the flows.

Thanks for replay, but its not working.

When I try to logged as user with licence (e.g. robotc....) I am instantly redirected (pop-up window apper with redirecting notification) to my personal/domain account in PAD.

    See the pictures.

Must be some sort of an IT policy at play on your domain. I cannot reproduce it.

Does your user have the required license to build Power Automate Desktop flows? If so, you can share the flow with your user and then make changes to it on your own account. That is actually the preferred way of doing it - modifying via actual developer accounts and then running it on a "service" account.

See here on how to share a desktop flow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage

I manage to sign in as user, which is intended for RPA. Please do not ask me, how did I do it, because I am not sure.

When the window "redirecting" appeared, I clicked on it and another window for login credentials appear. Than I logged with user, which is intended for RPA.

Cool. Must have been some sort of a bug. As mentioned originally, you should usually be able to login with any user that is licensed to use RPA.
