Hi,
I have a Sharepoint library that has been migrated, therefore the metadata has done something strange.
The library contains of a lot of folders.
Inside every folder, there is a subfolder called "MainDocument".
Inside the subfolder, there is a file with all the metadata.
So it's 3 layers (Folder -> Folders (1 is called MainDocument) -> File
At the third level (file level) the metadata has been populated.
I want to populate the "top folder" with all the metadata.
See pictures:
Picture 1: Top-folders
Picture 2: Subfolder(s) with MainDocument
Picture 3: The file with all the metadata
As you can see, the name of the file is the same as report number. And the report number actually did come along on top folder-level.
I've been trying different ways to go but it always seems the "Apply to each" is applied in the wrong level, therefore I end up with the same metadata on all the top-folders.
Doesn't matter if the "mid level" folders get the metadata, but of course it would beneficial if it did.
