I have setup column for 2 but one line need to be three column
which same based on ux design
cos I want date which to and from, is there any feature to allow me move to this blank section on highlight on this line
I don't believe you can do this with a form as the number of data columns is controlled by a property.
If you want this type of flexibility in your interface you'll have to move away from forms.

so it would be suggestion two forms and submit it together like submitForm(form1, form2) ?
I have found way to solution as I found details on MS Website

and managed to got it fixed due to 12 column
