Manual trigger flow not able to see item level under Automate

Hi Team,

In SharePoint Online when we create a site collection then automatically Members, Owners and Visitors groups are created.

We have give some users permission in Members group and created Manual Trigger Power Automate Flow.  When users added in Members group they go to item level and click on three dots then they can Automate Option but they are not able to see Flow which we created. They can see only Rules option. But when we can add those users in Owners group then they can see that Manual Trigger flow. Is this permission issue that those groups has a Full Control access they can see only Manual Trigger flow?

Kindly let us know why members groups users are not able to see that flow?

    Hello,

Can you please add some images of what you are saying above?

Also when you look at the flow, who has permission to it as, as it depends on the TRIGGER whether or not you can have it as run only users, which is probably why they dont see it, or the group isn't associated to it yet but could.

If in the Details section of the Flow you do NOT see a Run only users tab, then you cannot share it to people and unless that group is an owner, I do not believe you will see.

Here is an example of seeing Run Only users and I can share it to them. Here you can see I can set owners and run only users. In my other flow, I do NOT have a run only users, so I cannot.
