BadGateway when using SMTP receive connector

I am trying to connect PowerAutomate to email using SMTP connector. All required data are entered:

 

Server is Exchange 2013

Using SSL.

 

But I got this error: Test connection failed. Details: BadGateway

 

On Exchange server side:

 

SMTPSubmit SMTPAcceptAnySender SMTPAcceptAuthoritativeDomainSender AcceptRoutingHeaders,Set Session Permissions

I have already tested:

 

- Receive connector on my exchange (Authentication, PermissionGroups, IP scoping, FQDN) is correctly set up.

- TLS certificate for the connector is valid.

- User account for the connection is tested and working.

 

What else could be the problem?

    HI @user3371 

     

    Can you please check if there's any kind of restriction (Whitelabel, an IP address, for example) that can be blocking access? 

     

    You can find here the list of IPs that need to be allowed for Power Automate to connect correctly.

     

    I don't know if this will help but hope it does.

    No, there is no any kind of restriction. IP address I have checked, and it's correct.
