Hello all,

Is there any way to get excel data to collections from power automate to power apps collections to show data in gallery?

Currently, I am saving data from excel to dataverse. Instead, I am looking for a solution to save data to collections. below is my current flow. (in this flow, attachment is taken from power apps-> saved in library-> attachment is always a excel file in this scenario , so save it to dataverse)

I checked below video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEZI_b1Gs-k&t=1487s.

But looking forward for solution to save to collections.

    hello @v-xiaochen-msft ,

    Thank you very much for your time and can you show me what did you add to "power apps" and " list rows present in excel " action in the flow as well please.

    Are you taking excel attachment from power apps and using that attachment directly in "list rows present in excel "  action?

    Hi @Krishna09 ,

    I didn't do complicated things. My excel table is stored in OneDrive. I also didn't pass anything from canvas to flow.

    This is just an example of passing Excel table data from flow to the canvas collection.

    @v-xiaochen-msft , That's good 🙂

    but here I am storing data in sharepoint library, so when I use "list row in excel" it takes apply to each. Response cannot be used in Apply to each loop 😞

    Hi @Krishna09 ,

    It looks like you have more than one excel file/table.

    Are all excel sheets structured the same?

    Best Regards,

    Hello @v-xiaochen-msft ,

    In power apps, I am attaching only one excel file with one table in it. on button press, this flow triggers and save file in SharePoint library. from here I am taking current excel file to "list rows in excel" action.

    Hi @Krishna09 ,

    We can create a variable before apply to each action.

    vxiaochenmsft_0-1684825457914.png

    Now we can use response with the variable.

    @v-xiaochen-msft ,

    Thank you very much for your response. But, for my app, i have a button to send attachment through same button, so how can create collection while sending attachment to the flow?

    Please guide me with code below.
