Buttons while forwarding an email

When a new email arrives, I need to forward this email with an acknowledgment button to xx.com. Once the recipient clicks the acknowledgment button,  capture their response and log it accordingly. However, if I do not receive a response within two minutes, I need to take the forwarded email thread and send it to yy.com.

    The best approach here is to capture the body of the original email and send a new email using 'Send email with Options'.  Here you can include the message from the original email and then have two buttons at the bottom:  Acknowledge or Reject (as an example).
     
    In your Send email with options action, you can set the timeout to 2 minutes (although 2 minutes may never work for you).  I use 15 minutes as the lowest value and works well.  PT15M
     
    If the receiver acknowledges you can do some actions (or nothing) if you just want the rejects and timeouts.  So for "no responses" you would setup run-after on timeout and then send your email to yy.com and mention the user did not acknowledge within the 15 minute window.
     
    Works VERY WELL in production.  I have a handful of flows I haven't checked on in years.  But again, 2 minutes will not be your friend because you have no control when email servers send/receive emails and it is highly likely your message will not be received and acknowledged in 2 minutes (meaning your flow would timeout before they ever received it).

    How are you getting the acknowledgement? Is it an Approval task or a custom Adaptative card from another flow?
