Right now, I have a power-app form that will guide users through a multi-step process to submit data entry and I have the multiple steps separated out into tabs but all go to the same list.

The first step is straightforward and users just need to input their data and

The second step asks users for new data, including a unique number (xxxx)

I am wondering if it is possible to have users go through the second step multiple times and have unique entries that are still tied to the first step. Right now, I have automated emails set up at multiple points in this process so I would like to avoid creating a new entry and just have different data points visible on the sharepoint list depending on the unique number selected. Is this possible?
