not showing all flow runs in Dataverse table (flow runs)

Hello, Community,

I have a problem. I have a few Power Automate cloud flows, which are running scheduled, and some of them by a trigger.

I just read about a quite new featue, which allows me to get the flow run statuses in a Data verse table. Power Automate Flow run history is not so user friendly, and I need a tool, where I can monitor the runnings on a daily basis. (running time, errors, scheduled time slots etc.)

There is a Dataverse table, named "flowruns". To find this table is a bit tricky (in Power Automate tables, or Power Apps tables section I have to click on the "all" section in order to find it.

The table contains data, but the list is not complete. it contains only a few flows, and more than the half of the flows are missing from here. I couldn't find out what can be the reason.
All flows are owned by me, are in solution. it would be perfect to get the data in PowerBI, and create the necessary reports. But I would need all of the flows and runs.
Does anyone has Idea, what can be the reason, that some of the flow are not shown here?

Thank you!

Have you taken a look at this View analytics for Power Automate cloud flows - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn to see if it meets what you need?

@taxtureGergely - In addition to what @Michael E. Gernaey has mentioned, you can also refer Power Platform CoE Starter Kit which includes Power BI dashboards that extract flow run data (including errors, usage, etc.).

Thank you for all of your support!

    Meanwhile I found the solution:
The flow should be in a solution. Then they started to appear in the table.

I just created a dummy solutions, and put all of my flows there.
    Now it works.
Thank you. (I hope this will help other users with the same problem in the future)

    Cheers!
