Hello,

Is there a way to change the color of the calendar?

You can change the DatePicker color only by changing the Theme (found on the Home tab).  The downside is changing the Theme might also destroy some of the customization you have already done.  Make sure to SAVE before trying this.

Unfortunately there is no property that will allow you to customize the color or other visual features of the pop-up calendar.  In my opinion this something we need.  Please go vote for the idea below if you agree.

    Hello,

To avoid this problem you can use a custom calendar, for example in the following link you can download the component and modify it as you want 🙂

Something to keep in mind about components is they are still an experimental feature which means Microsoft could remove them at any time with little warning and breaking your apps. Choosing whether or not to use experimental features depends on your level of risk tolerance (or your clients). Personally I like to wait until the feature is in Preview Mode while playing around with Experimental features just to learn them.

That being said components are really awesome and I hope they make it into General Availability.

Under no circumstances will Microsoft remove them, General Availability is scheduled for early 2020 if i'm not wrong 🙂

That’s great news. It appears Public Preview begins on January 2020. Thanks for the tip!
