Power Platform PL certification status and official roadmap inquiry

I would like to clarify the current status of Power Platform certifications (PL series).

After completing PL-900, I am trying to understand what the next recommended certifications are. However, I am facing confusion because:

PL-900 is currently available and clear

PL-100 appears to be retired or no longer accessible

PL-400 pages are sometimes inaccessible or inconsistent across links

PL-500 and PL-600 show retirement announcements

It is difficult to find a single official page listing all currently active PL certifications

Could you please clarify:

What is the current official list of active Power Platform (PL) certifications?

Which certifications are retired, and which are still valid?

After PL-900, what is the recommended certification path for developers / consultants in 2026?

Where can I find a single official Microsoft page that always shows the latest PL certification lineup?

For those who already have PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, the path towards the new AI-focused architect role is becoming clearer.

PL-400 > AB-100

Since you have only PL 900 i would recommend the following

1. PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate

Validates professional development skills across Power Platform, including Dataverse, custom connectors, integrations, extensions, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

2. AB-100 – Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect

An architect-level credential focused on designing enterprise AI and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI. It covers solution architecture, governance, security, scalability, and business value.

So, for someone targeting a Solution Architect / AI Architect role, PL-400 → AB-100 would be a strong and future-aligned certification path.
