[Performance issue] Power Automate Desktop runs extremely slow when working with a bigger flow

Hello,

is anyone else experiencing PAD running extremely slow when the flow is bigger than a few sub flows?

I have 20 sub flows with 390 lines in total (averaging less than 20 lines per sub flow) for a SAP part which is far from complete and PAD gets just completely slow where a simple action like set variable (code execution) or drag n drop (code editing) takes 5+ seconds to execute making it impossible to work with. I'm not looping a huge data (max loop is 6 iteration) and not working with big datasets - biggest data table is cca 8x8 in size.

Task manager is showing Very High power usage for PAD

First I thought it might be a slow laptop issue so I requested a dev device which is i9-11950H @ 2.60GHz with 32 GB RAM but even this one has problems with PAD.

Is this a known issue maybe for the current version?

    Same issue.  I'm starting to learn PAD and just doing some simple test flows.

    Right now I'm trying to build one that has 7 actions working with a Data Table with 2 columns and 8 rows, and it's next to impossible to add new actions or move things around.

    I just tried to search the "Actions" menu for "duplicate" and it literally took 10 seconds to show results, and the program window locked up and showed "Not Responding" for a few seconds before it finally worked.

    I did just update PAD.

    @michalidesi

    Your entire flow details and configurations seem clear and fine. If you recently upgraded your PAD version, I recommend downgrading your PAD version and reporting the current issue to Microsoft through a ticket.
