Get a Row from Excel if date is in the past

Hi all,

I have a flow that previously referenced a sharepoint list, but the data has been moved to excel so I am changing a connector. Previously my flow looked as below:

I have replaced the Get Items connector with the Get A Row connector, but it doesnt work quite the same and I am trying to get it to work with no success. The Get A Row connector I am using is as below:

I need to add a key value to the chasedate column, but not sure what I need to put to get this to be a less than or equal to the Past Time connector.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Hi @Gwill1983

I've just posted the wrong answer... thinking it was another post.  Will try and look at this too.

    Apologies.

    Hi again @Gwill1983  🙂

List items will as you have guessed, return multiple items that match whereas get row in excel returns a single row.  You might want to use list rows present in a table. Also, under advanced options on the excel action you can change the date format to ISO8601.

There is some good documentation on the limitations of the connector here Excel Online (Business) - Connectors | Microsoft Docs.

If you want to filter the rows from Excel, you have two options.  Filter on the excel action or use the filter array action.

    A demo of both below:

    Thanks a lot!

bit of a rookie error really. Had gone a bit ‘flow blind’ by the end of the day and was convinced that get row was the answer.

thanks for your help and pointing it out!
