Hi,
 
In the flow, it needs to get specific record from an Excel file saved in OneDrive and have select the collection who has access for the file. But it runs fail. Anybody can help?

    The error message suggests that the Excel file hasn't been shared with the account being used in the connection of the list rows action.
     
    Have you double checked the permissions on the file itself?
