    Hello team,

Yess, The HTTP connectors are premium and if you want to use them I think the per user plan would be great.

The per user plan is for an individual user whereas the per flow plan is for an organisation.

Here is the difference and I think the per user plan should be great for you.

Microsoft Flow per user plan allows a user to run unlimited flows with the full capabilities of Microsoft Flow for 13,80€/user/month. Microsoft Flow per flow plan enables organizations to implement flows with reserved capacity without having to license each end user. This plan starts at $500/month for 5 flows.

If the answer has helped you please accept this as a solution.

    Dear @yashkamdar ,
    Thanks for your help.

Did Microsoft change license for HTTP Connector?

Which option do you suggest? Per plan or per user license?

    Thanks so much
    Federico

Re: Error "Your flow was saved, but could not be enabled because of billing restrictions" when I saved flow

    Hello Team,

    Your issue is very straightforward.

The HTTP connector, which is the trigger you are using, requires a premium license.

To use the HTTP connector you need either the per flow or per user standalone license.  None of the Microsoft 365 licenses support the use of premium connectors.

Per Flow and Per User Plans include a variety of data sources called “Connectors.” Microsoft has two tiers of Connectors – Standard and Premium. Both are included with either of the paid plans (Per Flow & Per User), the Dynamics 365 Plan and the PowerApp Plan, but not the Office 365 plans.Dec 2, 2019

To see what is included in each flow plan please refer to the official Microsoft documentation below-
