I would like to share a pdf document from the ios sharing screen to teams. It works so far, but the message appears as often as i share a document through the day ->

F.ex. if i share the document today the first time, it appears 1 time - if i share the next pdf file, it appears 2 times, the next pdf file, appears 3 times in the teams chat. It only happens if i share a PDF documents. Any idea, why it is like this?

I want to read the teams chat and create a flow (save the pdf file to a specific folder and create a message) - but with this error, the message also appears 3 times.
