Hello!

1) I am trying to understand what kind of limits do I have in terms of number of flow run per day or per month OR the limit on actions.

I am part of a big organization where we have the "Power Automate for Office 365 License (Office 365 E1)". We are creating automation flows on one single ID.

2) Apart from this, I read about using Child Flows in Solutions. Do they help in extending the limits? I don't understand how that will work. I do have a bit of understanding about child flows but I assumed that would mean running extra flows.

Can someone please help me with this?
