Dynamic selection of a Teams channel for new post

hi guys,

i have a SP List where is the id of a Team and ID of a channel... this repeats multiple times for many teams and channels.

I tried to do a flow where via get items i get the ids and put them into a step of "Post a message v3" ...unfortunately it seems that this cant be fed with variables or dynamic values... has someone found a workaround?

But Need a http URL for teams ID and channel ID.so that i can insert it in Http request. Please help me to get this URL?
