SharePoint Automate Set Reminder Flow, email not being sent after successful trigger.

Hello to whom it may concern

I used the automate set reminder feature on SharePoint to send reminder emails to users if there is no target completion date set by the engineers, the flow works but when triggered successfully it does not start the process to send an email message. I think it has something to do with the condition @empty(body('Get_items')?['value']) being true and because it theres nothing in the true column it skips the process, I have tried swapping these around but even then an email is not sent. can someone help me with this issue?

Kind regards

    Hi @Wallwood7

The input passed to "Apply to each" action was empty or had zero elements so the flow did not trigger the email.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Hello Manish

Thank you for your reply, I know that the action is empty but how do I get it so that action is not empty? when there is nothing in the target completion date column it should update users specified in the email command, if it doesn't trigger then this flow servers no purpose.

    Kind regards
