Flows go to Actively Suspended after a month - Cannot be Turned On

I have several flows that i use for notification of issues such as quality alerts or customer complaints.  They aren't used often, but we rely on them for notifications.  Recently, I was notified the Flows had been Turned Off due to inactivity.  I turned them back on.  I went in to check on them and now they are at Actively Suspended and I cannot turn them back on.  I have the Microsoft platform through work.

Any help is much appreciated!

I went through the community forums and it looks like a lot of people are having similar issues.  So, I'm hoping someone has figured this out.

As a work around, have you tried exporting/importing the Flows?
