Formatting an email without HTML

Hi, I use flows for lots of actions at work, mostly from forms we have asked people to complete. I use a flow to generate an email, which acts as a 'report' with the information submitted in the form. I'm using Send an email (V2). This works nicely, in general.

However, the formatting of those emails is...well...bad. I do my best, but PA seems to have a mind of its own, sticking in formatting on the final output email that I can't spot easily in the flow. For example, random extra spaces, or, conversely running two separate lines of text together on one line. And honestly, it's just generally very simplistic. You can't do much to make your email attractive or appealing.

Yes, I know, I know: I need to use HTML. But I'm not an IT pro, and I'd really rather not get into the world of HTML. I also have staff who aren't familiar with HTML, but are capable of building a flow.

Dear Microsoft, please please please can you make the email editing options more sophisticated without relying on the user to magic HTML from their fingertips? I mean, if you could get MS Word functionality into the formatting of emails in a flow, you'd be my best friend forever, friendship bracelets and everything.

Yours sincerely, your potential BFF.

Actually, you can use Word to format your emails.
    Try this:
Create a Word document with your email test and include your formatting, etc..
Save the Word document as "web page filtered" rather than as a .docx file
Open the Word document with Notepad
    Copy the HTML from Notepad
Click on "Toggle code view" in the Send an email action
Paste the HTML in to your Send an email
Add data from Dynamic properties as appropriate in the email body

If will be pretty obvious where you want to insert data from Dynamic properties.

Please let me know if this works for you.
