Friends,

I have wasted HOURS trying to do this. Watched countless YouTube videos. It is still not working correctly. My goal is to have my team (less than 5) fill out a Microsoft Form, and attach documents (if applicable). The form is built and working functionally. The next piece is the Power Automate. I have the flow built so that the form, once filled out will go to a certain department (choice on the form) and thus, to a specific email for that department. Everything works flawlessly EXCEPT the attachments. While they do come through to the department email, they will not load/show. I'm at my wits end! Please can you help? Screenshots below of my flow:

At this point, I'm not even redacting things because I'm just about over it. Please protect any information, but if anyone can help me- I am desperate for this to work correctly! I cannot thank you enough for any guidance you can provide.

    Hi

In your flow, you must convert the file content into a proper email attachment object

ContentBytes: The actual content of the file, converted into Base64 (raw file data)

Please check the attachment is in base64 format.

    Hope this Helps,

    Usha Jyothi

    Hi ,
The issue is in this part,
the Supportdocs already has a name and contentBytes , but you are incorrectly using that.
    it should be :
    1. click on T icon.

    2. In Attachments: (pass the SupportDocs Variable)
