Users have been reporting an issue where, usually, when accessing our application for the first time each day they receive the 'Almost there...' access popup (see attachment 1) which they need to allow and then the app appears to not load properly and throws two red ribbon errors across the top of the screen (see attachment 2).
The first report of this issue was approximately a week ago, the app has had no updates to it for a couple of months. So it does not seem to be an issue with a deployment.
I ran a monitoring session with the error to see what would output and I got a lot of Runtime and Function Errors on objects that just say: "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" and Function Errors that say: "UserProfileConnector.GetUserInformation failed: Connection not configured for this service.". Not a lot of detail otherwise.
Has anyone seen this issue before or have been seeing this issue recently? I am wondering if it is coming from some Microsoft related issue.
