Flow stopped working

Good Day all

 

Any ideas on where/how to check a flow that simply stopped working? 

Was still fine up and till Saturday and since then just doesn't work.

 

Simple form submission that created a Sharepoint item. but when the form gets submitted then nothing happens?

    Having the same issue this morning too with the same type of Flow. Worked fine on Friday.

    Thank you for the reply baalrag... al my other flows seem to work fine but this form submission just doesn't seem to be working!?!

    @PuristII808 you need to look at the flow run history and see which action failed. Without seeing screenshots it's very difficult for us to diagnose the cause.

    If I test it automatically using a previously submitted form it works, however, when I submit a new response on the form it never comes through and I just get a spinning circle on my manual test. Your guess is as good as mine.

    Hi RobElliot. 

    Thank you for the reply.. its not an actual action that fails.. the flow does not get triggered?
    So there has been multiple form submissions since Saturday but non of them triggered the flow.

    I tried copying the flow and pointing it at a different Form and it still didn't work. I tried reauthenticating the form step and it didn't work. Ultimately, the only way I can get it working again is if I delete the "When a new response is submitted" step and recreate it and refill in all the values in my Flow..... Very frustrating.

    @baalrag I'm also having the same issue with two different Microsoft Forms that trigger Power Automate flows upon submission.  I was able to resolve the issue by deleting and readding the trigger.  I don't know if it will permanently fix the problem, but it appears to have resolved the issue for now.

    Thank you everyone for your feedback.. 
    I ended up just recreating the workflow.. luckily it was a simple one that took like 10min to set up again.. 

    all the steps are the same as the previous workflow, and working as expected now.. 
    Very strange
