I think you should do a couple of things to trouble shoot.
First - delete all of those steps from your flow. Preferably literally delete the entire flow and make a new one. Then recreate the steps fresh without changing the names of any of the actions (Like leave the name as Apply to Each or Get Items). And don't use any copy and paste actions from clipboard.
Then run the flow and see if it works.
Sometimes if the actions get changed a lot and other things are changed in the list, then power automate can mess up the reference.
Second - Delete the entire "VisualManagementArchive" list and recreate it column by column, do not create a copy from the other list. (Please do something about the generic naming, literally just posted this.)
If you created the list as a copy from the other list then the field GUID will be the same for both which is probably causing some confusion in power automate. Like it is probably trying to post it's own value of empty into the column or something.
Do those two actions in order and let me know if it is still broken.
Please make a better column not called "NAME" which is so generic I wouldn't be surprised if that is confusing power automate. Same with renaming the Apply to each as "Create". (Even though I literally just did this in two lists and tested successfully.)
