I am new to PowerApps and looking into the viability for this to be the replacement of CRM Dialogs as these are being deprecated. So far i have been able to design a very similar app to how the dialog presented but the issue i am now faced with, is the ability to write the data i have gathered across the number of screens into the final EditForm, before it is written back to a CRM entity a NewItem.

If anyone could provide me with help how to do this that would be great.

If people wish to know a possible solution to this:

In PowerApps, on the Form you wish to Edit, or Create as New; Select each field, one at a time and change the Update function to point to the data value that has been changed elsewhere in your PowerApp. What this means, is when the SubmitForm(FormName) function runs, the data is pulled from those data areas and sent to the specific location. What this will not do, is put the data on the front end of the form, meaning you would not be able to have a "Summary" screen showing users the overall values.

Instead, i chose to have the form hidden and to POST when the user presses the create button on the previous screen, therefore indicating to them that it was the end of the process.

Obviously, there are probably other ways of achieving this however i thought it might help others in the future.
