The $filter expression must evaluate to a single boolean value

Hi,

I have a workflow and having issues with it. Here's what I'm trying to do: When someone modifies mis_cpqqquoregion (It's a choice list), I want to do a condition where If my CPQ Total = 0, then proceed with a List rows search.

I'm getting the following error:  The $filter expression must evaluate to a single boolean value.

How can I fix this ? I'm not sure I understand why it's asking me to evaluate a boolean ?

The value in the Filter rows field must be a OData filter expression. You are only including dynamic content without indicating what to filter on.

Can you provide insight on what you are trying to filter on in the List rows action?

    Hi @KarimMomo,

I think the Filter Rows is expecting an expression, for example mis_taxstateprovince eq 'AK'

I'm basically trying to look at the province/state and return the applicable tax of that province/state.

How do I filter using Odata expression ?

After you return the applicable tax, what do you plan to do with the list row data?

In this case you don't need a filter. You most likely need a variable to store the tax and a Switch action to set the variable based on the province/state selected. However, this could be a lot of actions required to set it up this way. Do you have a SharePoint list or Excel table with some sort of tax matrix? It would be more efficient to do a look up in a table or list for this information rather than setting it in the flow itself.
