Is there a way to change Microsoft's notification email for Form responses, so that it will bring you to the most recent response(s) instead of the summary page? Currently we have a survey from and each time a new potential client fills it our we get a general email confirmation with a view results button, but you have to click through each existing response to get to the most recent one. Is there a way we could just get a link or email with the latest clients response?

There are templates for this already, but you could easily build a Power Automate Flow

1. Add an Automate Trigger for When a Response is Submitted

2. Email Action

--Fill out the To: address(s)

--Fill out the Subject... "A New Reponse is Submitted" for example

--Fill out the Body

Hello Admins,

A new response is submitted. Here are their answers.

Then add the question/answers here

I already get response feedback via email. I need to receive the latest form submission rather than a view results button that takes me to all the existing responses to the form (from oldest to newest), Just need to receive the latest submitter's responses to the form via email .

and that is what I provided, why are you changing what you asked for?

I realize you also mentioned you wanted to open the email, I cannot resolve how it works on that, so I answered your question, which was to receive an email with the latest clients response.

Which I gave you and it works.
