Editable gallery

Hello,

I have been trying to create an editable gallery, and everything seems to work like it should, beside some textbox, when I try to update the text inside them, they reset with the value in "Value" (I'm using ThisItem.Note).

Additional info:

I'm using dataverse.

On the "OnChange" I got a formula that does a collect

I recorded a video about an editable gallery a few months ago, which might be relevant to your needs. It's using SharePoint, but its function still applies to Dataverse.

Hi @powerplatformJR,

From the additional information, I assume you are using a collection to populate your gallery.

On the OnChange property of the text input, try this formula.

Patch('Collection Name', ThisItem, {'Column Name from Dataverse table': TextInput1.Text})

I have added a button that will then update the changes using this formula on the OnSelect property.

Patch(Table Name, Collection Name)

Hello,
the gallery is populated by a Filter (dataversetable, condition).
I use a local collection to collect all the changes made and then when user press the save button patch the whole collection.
