Setup automatic replies for another mailbox

Hi kind people!

I have created a flow that will take input from a Microsoft Form that turns on Automatic Replies and sets up a Message when "Out Of Office" The flow works beautifully but it will only set the Automatic Replies for my mailbox, I need the flow to set up the Automatic replies for the user who fills out the Form. Whenever someone fills out the Form the Automatic Replies message and the time is set up in my mailbox. is there any way it can make it work for me and everybody filling out the Form? Thank you so much in advance

Run your flow using a service account that has right to set OOF for all users.

Hi @mainoruserpa

Since you are using your connection in action, so setting up the automaic replies will be enabled on your mailbox.
if possible try this approach:

So what would i recommend is create connection for each user and then use switch for user, use that action have connection for that user. This would be feasible if people are less, if people are more then it would be difficult.

For large number of users, I would recommend to try this :
