Getting message to post to @channel

I'd like to create some time based posts on a specific channel and use the @channel functionality.  I went into Teams and got the email address for the channel and then I've pasted it in the "Get an @ mention token for a user" function I get an error.  It's a simple flow:

I've sent an email to that email address and it posts in the channel, so I know the email is correct.  I've substituted my own email address in and run it and that posts, but it won't use the channel email to send a message to @channel.  The error I get is "Resource 'c97db---------------------.onmicrosoft.com@ca.teams.ms' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present."

Any ideas?

Thanks

Greg

@GregTMcD What do you have in the User field for the the Get an @mention token for a user action? It should be the users email address.

EDIT: I don't believe you can get the channel mention token using that action. What I've personally done cause it's easier is create a tag and add all Team members to the tag. It's a bit janky.. but it works. I use the Get an @mention token for a tag action instead.

    Hope this helps!

That's an interesting solution.  I don't think it will work in my case for 2 reasons.  1, there are over 600 people on the team and they are constantly changing, but as I'm tinkering around with some of the PA (Teams Workflow) functions, I'm wondering if I could use the list members function to get the updated list, then see if there's an update tag with members, and then post to that tag.....ugh, it's an ugly workaround if it works.

    Thanks for your suggestion!!
