Cancelable Approval?

I am building an Approval flow using Start and wait for an approval (V2).  The Action itself says the Approval is cancelable.

The documentation says "The approval is cancelable" for this action. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/approvals/

Where is it cancelled?  I don't see anywhere in the approval task or from the SP List or Library i'm running it from to Cancel it. There is the Cancel option from the Run History is this what it's refering to?

    Hi @howitzer1972 ,

I have made a test on my side, I also can't find the Cancel option anywhere.

I am afraid the only way you can cancel the flow is in the Run History.

I was also confused about the Docs.

Perhaps you can raise the question to the Blog author about flow.

Thanks for confirming that I'm not missing something.  Just confused about "raising the question to the Blog author".  Was there a specific post in the blog that I should comment on?  Or is there general feedback for the blog?

Also I've tried Canceling the Flow through the Run History.  But the Approval Task remains in the users list.  Shouldn't this be removed if the flow is cancelled?  I haven't tested yet but what happens if the user actions a task for a canceled flow?

    Hi @howitzer1972 ,

Perhaps you can raise the question in this bolg at the comments felid, or you can connect to the author via Facebook or Twitter.

The flow will not be removed  when you canceled the Flow through the Run History.

I ended up opening a support ticket and received the information on how to Cancel the Flow.  According to the Engineer I talked with, it is currently not documented online and you wouldn't really know it's there unless you stumbled accorss it in the UI.

It must be done by the initiator and is done from the Flow interface under the Sent Approvals tab. There you'll see the Flows you have sent and you can Cancel the ones that use the Updated V2 Approval action.
