Hello
I build a flow when there's an entry entered in excel it update in SharePoint list. however the SharePoint is creating a duplicate items i have included a screenshot below, can someone assist me on how to prevent SharePoint list from creating duplicate items please?

Do you want to add an entry to the SharePoint list? If so, remove the list rows action. Then use a SharePoint Create item action and use the same data that you used in you Add a row action.
