Power automate from sharepoint folder with an excel file tab

Hi.

I have an excel file with three tabs in a folder on SharePoint. I created another excel file that has the list of names of all these files in the SharePoint folder and another column with the modified dates. 

So, I want to create a power automate that updates the second column with the date and time whenever one of the tabs in the first file in the sharepoint folder is modified. 

I used the flow. 

When a file is created or modified (properties only) -> Update a row

but it only updates the time when the folder was last updated. How can I change it so it lists only when that tab is updated?
