How to use 'send an http request to SharePoint' to create and update list items?

Hi Folks,

 

I'm looking for examples using "send an http request to SharePoint" action to create/update SPO list items. I was able to find examples of updating simple columns. But what about columns like person or group, choice, hyperlinks, multiple lines of text etc. 

 

Can any one share an example to create/update these and other complex columns?
