Convert to PDF fails in One Drive (worked once)

Hi,

I have a pretty basic flow: When an item is created in one sharepoint list, I want it to populate a .docx, create a file in one drive, convert to PDF and then save to another sharepoint list:

The flow ran fine initially, but now is giving me this error and I'm not sure how to resolve...

Any input is welcome, please and thank you.

    Dear JeffT2022,

In my experience the following may be an issue:

    • Use of newly created files shortly after creation is problematic. If you need to, build in plenty of delay to allow new files to 'settle'. Or include a 'Do Until' loop which tries the needed action and if failed, waits for a few minutes and then try again ... until successful.
    • Convert file does not work well for me. I would 'get contents' and then use 'Create pdf' using the contents sourced. Then delete the old file. This works well for me.

    Hope the suggestions help,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

    Thank you!

I read somewhere that any changes made else where could effect Onedrive connectors, and I had made a slight change to the 'populate template' step, so I started over and was careful not to make any changes and it seems to work fine now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
