Dear Experts,

Kinldy help how am I able to copy items from sharepoint list to another with specific year created (using the column Created).
The objective is to archive old items into another SP list, let say, the items that were from 2022.

Currently the trigger i used is the Manually trigger a flow.

Hi @jaina ,

Please add this expression to the 'Filter Query' of 'Get items'.

Created lt '2023-01-01T00:00:00Z' and Created gt '2022-01-01T00:00:00Z'

Hi @v-yetonggu-msft , thanks for your response.I tried your suggestion however, the workflow did not capture any items.

Hi @jaina ，

Please check the 'Created' column in your SharePoint list to see if there are any items created in 2022.
