I'm currently faced with a challenge involving the manual updating of around 100 product guides, each containing pricing and limit information presented in tables. The process involves individually updating and saving these guides as PDFs, considering they serve as brochures.
I'm wondering if Power Automate offers a practical solution for this task, or if there's a need for alternative PDF or product management software. Has anyone come across a solution for efficiently updating multiple PDFs with pricing information, possibly through data parsing?
Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
Hi @WinstonOrwell,
You can use the premium Word Online connector to generate Word files from Word Templates (files stored with content controls as place holders). The files can be converted to PDF files to be sent/stored elsewhere.

Hope this helps
