How to Store a Complex Power Apps Form in SharePoint

Hi, I am converting several Microsoft Word docs into Power Apps forms. One of the forms has several free text questions, followed by around 40 'Yes/No' questions like below

I am using a SharePoint list as the back-end for the form - due to the number of questions, I do not want to store each question as a separate column, as this leads to the form taking a very long time to load. Another idea was to keep the results in a Power Apps collection, but I am not sure how to then store these answers in the SharePoint.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you 😊

    Hey @Lozza 

     

    Storing it into a collection it would only be there for the duration of the session. So its not saved once the user leaves the app. As you want to store the answers in sharpoint you have to create separate columns in your sharepoint data source. I havent seen a way to strore every answer in 1 column, I do not think this is possible.
