Access to Flow analytics with to report on actions count

Hi

Is there a way to access the analytics data of all flows for a user? I searching for a way to report on the number of daily actions for a user. We would like to be able to plan the licenses type and amount we would need. 

 

I've found no way to export the data automaticatlly or to access it with Power Bi.
