Hi all, I have an editable PDF form, the form is to be completed weekly, and i have a submit button, which when completed the user will click on this button which i would like a copy of the filled-out form to be filed in a predetermined folder in sharepoint.
can anyone advise how this can be done using a power automate flow or another process?
If you do not want o use a paid service, a more native way to do this would be to recreate the PDF into a word document, with the "fillable" field created as fillable in MS word template.
You can then create a MS form that intakes answers that will go on the doc/pdf. Use Populate word template action to fill in the fillable field and then conver the filled doc into pdf.
Relatively easy if your editable pdf can be make into MS word template.
