Dear Experts,

I have two SharePoint lists like so:

If in list A, I enter values for the columns: Country, Color, GB
then list B will be updated with corresponding values.

Can you please share with me how to assign value in List B based on another column from List A?

Thanks a lot!

ROSE

You can get updated values from list A and create a new row with those values in list B.

In the Power Automate flow described, a loop (Apply to Each) is automatically created when updating items in List B because the "Get Items" action retrieves multiple records. How to End the Loop?

    Thanks a lot!

You don't need to use get items, if you use update a row trigger then fetch the updated values from trigger body. Also, if you want to use get row then you need to fetch only last updated row so then your loop will be run only one time,

I think the flow should still be Get items & Conditional.
This ensures the flow retrieves only the matching items in List B where the Title and Country are the same as in List A.

    Example:
If we add Apple | UK | Blue | 50 to List A, the flow searches in List B for Title = "Blue" (Color in List A) and Country ="UK" (Country in List A).
If "Blue" does not exist, create a new item.
If we change the value from 50 to 20 (GB in List A) -> Update item in list B (GB ="20")

    Thanks a lot!
