Hello Team,

I am trying to customize my SharePoint list form to have multiple attachment control. Is this possible?

If not,  is it possible to use multiple buttons to open browse file dialogue of existing attachment control

    Hi @PRAVEENZNMD ,

    You can have multiple attachment controls if you like, but they will all show the same attachments as there is only one attachment field per list available. Also you cannot trigger the Add File from anywhere other than the "paperclip" icon - there is an article on this in ideas if you want to vote for it.

    Hello @WarrenBelz ,

    I don't mind showing all attachments to same control. We are trying to build a UI with multiple buttons or attachment control and when user uploads, we are trying to prefix hard coded value to let user know the file uploaded belongs particular field

    Please advise on how to add same attachment control multiple times in a power apps form

    @PRAVEENZNMD ,

    Just unlock them (they then become Custom Cards) and you can add more Attachment controls.

    Hello @WarrenBelz ,

    I was able to copy multiple attachment control, however attached files are not saving to SharePoint list

    @PRAVEENZNMD ,

    I did some testing here and they will save individually, but not all at once. I am still wondering why you want to do this.

    Hello @WarrenBelz ,

    I would like to have a form where user can upload documents related particular column. For instance

    Column Name Mark Sheet 1           UploadControl   Marksheet1 file attached

    Column Name Mark Sheet 2           UploadControl   Marksheet2 file attached

    Column Name Mark Sheet 3           UploadControl   Marksheet3 file attached

    Save all three file as attachment to single item in SharePoint list

    @PRAVEENZNMD ,

    Multiple attachment controls will not solve this as they all end up in the same place and will display on all the controls when saved.

    Hello @WarrenBelz ,

    We copied attachment control and on each control we are filtering on edit form.

    @PRAVEENZNMD ,

    I am a little intrigued how you do this as you can certainly filter attachment control items, but unless you have some sort of naming convention for the files, how do you determine which belongs to the particular form?

    @WarrenBelz , we are adding file names from an upload control to a collection and later saving this to a multi-line textbox with separator. And on edit and view form we are filtering each upload control based on respective multi-line textbox values with Split function
