After meeting the condition the IF statement still returns false

Ok so i have been creating an app that every day check my Microsoft lists and if somethink is near the expiration it will send me a email. So i load all items from list then update every single item bcs i have some equations that i need recalculate and then take te number just in case convert it to the int and after that I will send it to the IF where is "is equal to" and even though it should be true the return is false and i cant figured why
can someone help me.

if you wonder what is the compose here is the function :

formatNumber(int(items('Použít_u_každého')?['Za_x0020_jak']), '0')
