    Hi @Jevita

Since the format is always #foldername in the subject name

Removing # means removing item at index 0

The following expression will do the trick

    substring(subject,1,sub(length(subject),1))
where subject - dynamic content value holding the subject

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani

    Hi @Jevita ,

You could use the Workflow definition language as @Jevita  mentioned to achieve your needs

And you could refer to link below to learn more about the workflow definition language:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/workflow-definition-language-functions-reference

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Alice

I can't believe that it's 2023 and Power Automate doesn't have a regular expression action out of the box yet.

This feature is desperately needed and resorting to azure functions as a solution is too cumbersome. There are some premium connectors that can do it, but they're slow in many cases and aren't free either.

Come on Microsoft! we need this!
